Within IBMM there is a comprehensive suit of analytical tools which can be used to:

  • View microcomponents / microsystems (SEM, optical microscopes)
  • Measure the physical features of microcomponents / microsystems (SEM, AFM)
  • Characterise the composition of items (EDAX, Infra-Red spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy)
