The Institute for Bioelectronic and Molecular Microsystems (IBMM) is based in the School of Electronic Engineering at Bangor University.

The centre’s achievements in industrial collaboration have been recognised by its appointment as a Centre of Excellence for Technology and Industrial Collaboration (CETIC) an accreditation scheme managed by the Welsh Assembly Government and part funded by the European Union.
